I am a strategic communications consultant with over 10 years’ experience across the public and private sectors.
Adaptable, enthusiastic and with lots of expertise, I have an appreciation for how to make things happen in any organisation, large or small. I can offer strategic advice, develop effective PR and marketing plans, and have an excellent track record of delivering projects of all shapes and sizes.
I began my career in professional services marketing, working with City law firms and developed experience of public relations, fundraising and lobbying in the charity sector. I spent five years in government communications, most recently advising government ministers and officials on communications strategy and leading integrated teams to support specific priorities and initiatives.
NHS communications is an area of particular expertise. In addition to heading the NHS brand management team, and supporting the professional development of NHS communicators at the Department of Health, I was head of strategic communications at a strategic health authority.
